For fans of stylish vehicle optimization, the Essen Motor Show is showing off even more spectacular exhibition vehicles than in previous years – a true catwalk of high-performance cars.
A special highlight this year is the Eibach project vehicle, the unveiling of which has been eagerly awaited by experts. For the coming year 2020, this will be the BMW M340i xDrive. Its conventional shock absorbers provide the ideal prerequisites for the four planned expansion stages, in which Eibach will finalize the possible chassis optimizations with its performance products.
Pro-Kit Performance suspension springs in combination with Anti-Roll-Kit sport stabilizers and Pro-Spacer spacer discs are first up. In the following weeks the plan is to convert the car every four weeks over the winter and upgrade it according to the product portfolio. The next expansion stage is a suspension upgrade to the B12 Sportline Performance sports suspension, followed by a height-adjustable Pro-Street-S coilover suspension and, as the final expansion stage, the new Pro-Street-Multi coilover suspension. This is height-adjustable and also power-adjustable in the rebound and compression stages.
Once again, Eibach was able to realize the project vehicle with exciting, first-class project partners: In addition to Hankook, RaceChip and BBS, other representatives from the who’s who of the German aftermarket, such as HJS exhaust systems and Lightweight, participated in the project vehicle. The result is a maximum of perfection and handling –Eibach once again subjected the components to particularly sporty fine-tuning and squeezed out a maximum of performance from the production vehicle. In short: The Eibach project car is something really special.
Furthermore, the eight other exhibits, which are also equipped with Eibach components, are naturally just as impressive:
Audi R8 LMS GT2 from Audi Sport as an exhibition premiere in Germany, with Eibach Race Springs
BMW 1 Series model year 2020 by Lightweight Performance with Pro-Kit Performance suspension springs
VW Golf GTI TCR Racing Car by Max Kruse Racing with Eibach Race Springs
VW Golf GTI TCR civil version by Max Kruse Racing and Mattwerk with the Eibach Pro-Street-Multi
Audi TT Roadster project vehicle 2020 by DF Automotive with the Eibach Pro-Street-Multi
BMW M2 by Lightweight Performance with the Eibach Pro-Street-Multi
Volvo XC 60 T6 Design by HEICO SPORTIV with Pro-Kit Performance suspension springs
Kia Stinger by Giacuzzo Fahrzeugdesign with Pro-Kit Performance suspension springs
The exhibition vehicles are particularly successful or spectacular examples provided by licensed Eibach partners and Eibach dealers of the Finnentrop-based company.
In addition to the exhibition vehicles, the recently introduced Pro-Street-Multi chassis will also serve as a central element at the Essen Motor Show. As a product evolution of the height-adjustable Pro-Street-S chassis, the Pro-Street-Multi is both height- and power-adjustable. The cooperation between Eibach and ZF Sachs thus offers an individual adjustment option for rebound and compression damping without tools, without a lifting platform, and even when installed – making it the perfect all-rounder for both daily drivers and supporters of the trackday scene.
